Late for School

Watching the banca that could've gotten us back to Sibulan early enough for the kids to be able to make it to school on time. We woke up at 4:30 to catch the 5 a.m. bus which would've gotten us to Liloan early enough. Unfortunately, we hadn't figured on our being practically invisible to the bus driver where we were standing behind the curve (the safest place, by the way, and guess who chose the spot and therefore could not complain loudly about it :-) and had to wait another 15-20 min before another bus came along.

Back there, kids were getting out of their beds, taking showers, having breakfast, heading for school while my kids were still pacing the tiny pier looking for fish and counting starfishes.
